MCMC Fitness Center 3-month Fitness Center Memberships at Waters Edge Different from a traditional fitness center, MCMC Fitness Center at Waters Edge uses a medical-fitness model that focuses on improving the overall well-being of members. With your membership you will receive a one-hour fitness orientation to acclimate you to our extensive collection of TechnoGym cardio, strength-training equipment and free weights. During this orientation you will also be introduced to the following:
• Group exercise classes
• The basics of cardiovascular fitness and strength training
• Fitness/performance testing
